Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported to Australia from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the former Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science/Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science to publish a notice under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901(the Act) in respect of Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported to Australia from the People's Republic of China (Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 10 November 2017 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (ADN 2017/138).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Parliamentary Secretaryrecommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a new specified decision.
