The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ('ADRP') has received an application from Capral Limited dated 22 June 2017 for review of a decision ('Reviewable Decision') by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission ('Commission') to terminate part of Investigation 362 into the alleged dumping and subsidisation of Certain Aluminium Extrusions ('the goods') exported to Australia from Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The part of the Investigation which was terminated related to goods exported:
1.by Press Metal Berhad (PMB);
2.by Superb Aluminium Industries Sdn Bhd (Superb); and
3.by LB Aluminium Berhad (LBA).
The Reviewable Decision was published on the Commission's website on 24 May 2017 (ADN 2017/74).
Under subsection 269ZZT(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel must make a decision on the application by affirming the Reviewable Decision or revoking the Reviewable Decision. The decision of the Panel will be published on this website.
