Certain Aluminium Extrusions Exported from the People's Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel has received applications from Tai Shan City Kam Kiu Aluminium Extrusion Co Ltd, and its related bodies corporate, Kam Kiu (Australia) Pty Ltd and Kam Kiu Aluminium Products SDN BHD (jointly, 'Kam Kiu') and PanAsia Aluminium (China) Limited and Opal (Macao Commercial Offshore) Limited (jointly, 'PanAsia') seeking review of a decision by the Parliamentary Secretary to the former Minister for Industry and Science to publish findings in relation to a review of anti-dumping measures in respect of Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported from the People's Republic of China ('the Reviewable Decision'). The Reviewable Decision was published on 19 August 2015.

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Anti-Dumping Review Panel is required to make a report to the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science on the application recommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
