The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received applications for review of the decision of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, made on 10 May 2017 to publish a notice under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901 ("the Act") following a review of anti-dumping measures on Certain Aluminium Zinc Coated Steel Exported from the People's Republic of China (China) and the Republic of Korea (Korea), and Certain Zinc Coated (Galvanised) Steel Exported from China, Taiwan and Korea ('Reviewable Decisions').
Notice of the Reviewable Decisions was published on 12 May 2017 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website.
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Parliamentary Secretaryrecommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
