The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received an application seeking review of decisions by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission under section 269TDA(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Certain Copper Tube exported from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (the Reviewable Decisions).
Notice of the Reviewable Decisions were published on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (EPR 580) on 4 March 2022 (ADN 2022/024 refers).
Under subsection 269ZZT(1) of the Act, the Review Panel must make a decision on the application by affirming the Reviewable Decisions or revoking the Reviewable Decisions. The Review Panel's decision will be made on or before 20 June 2022 and will be published on the Review Panel's website.
