Prepared or Preserved Tomatoes Exported from the Republic of Italy by all exporters except Feger di Gerardo Ferraioli, La Doria and AR Industrie Alimentari and Prepared or Preserved Tomatoes Exported from the Republic of Italy by AR Industrie Alimentari
The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ('ADRP') has received applications within the required time for a review of decisions by the Parliamentary Secretary under Section 269ZDB(1) of the Customs Act 1901('the Act') made on 4 May 2017 to vary dumping duty notices in respect of Certain Prepared or Preserved Tomatoes Exported to Australia from the Republic of Italy ("Italy") by all exporters except Feger di Gerardo Ferraioli S.p.A, La Doria S.p.A and AR Industrie Alimentari S.p.A. ("ARIA") and Certain Prepared or Preserved Tomatoes Exported to Australia from Italy by ARIA ('the Reviewable Decision').
Applications for review were accepted from:
- SPC Ardmona Operations Ltd;
- Conserve Italia Soc. Coop. Agr.;
- Mutti S.p.A.; and
- LeSpecialit' Italiane Srl.
Notices of the Reviewable Decisions were published on the Anti-Dumping Commission ("ADC") website on 5 May 2017 (ADN 2017/46 and ADN 2017/47).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the ADRP is required to make a report to the Parliamentary Secretary on the application recommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the reviewable decision or revoke the reviewable decision and substitute a specified new decision.
