Certain Zinc Coated (Galvanised) Steel Exported from the Republic of India, Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received an application from BlueScope Steel Limited dated 15 August 2017 for review of a decision ('Reviewable Decision') by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission ('Commission') to terminate part of Investigation 370 into the alleged dumping of Zinc Coated (Galvanised) Steel ('goods') exported to Australia from the Republic of India, Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ('Vietnam') and the alleged subsidisation of the goods exported to Australia from India and Vietnam.

The parts of the Investigation which were terminated were:

  1. The alleged dumping of goods exported by Hoa Sen Group ('Hoa Sen') and Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company from Vietnam; and the alleged dumping of goods exported by Hoa Sen Group ('Hoa Sen') and Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company from Vietnam; and
  2. The subsidisation of goods exported from Vietnam.

The Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission (ADC) website on 17 July 2017 (ADN 2017/98).
