The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Jobs and Innovation, made on 5 March 2018, to publish a notice under subsection 269ZHG(1)(b) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) to secure the continuation of anti-dumping measures currently applying to Dichlorophenoxy-acetic acid exported from the People's Republic of China (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 5 March 2018 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (ADN 2018/21).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Parliamentary Secretaryrecommending that the Parliamentary Secretary either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
