Galvanised and Aluminium Zinc coated steel exported from the People's Republic of China

Bluescope Steel Limited has applied to the Anti-Dumping Review Panel requesting a review of the decision made by the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service on 17 June 2013 to terminate an investigation under s269TDA(2) of the Customs Act 1901, concerning Galvanised and Aluminium Zinc coated steel from the People's Republic of China. Under section 269ZZT of the Customs Act 1901, the Anti-Dumping Review Panel is required to either affirm or revoke the decision based on the information that was before the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service when the reviewable decision was made.
