The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications seeking a review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology to publish a notice under section 269ZHG(1)(b) in respect of Power Transformers exported from the Republic of Indonesia and Taiwan (the Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website on 6 November 2019 (ADN 2019/127).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substituted with a specified new decision.
