Reconsideration of A4 Copy Paper exported from the People's Republic of China by UPM Asia Pacific Pte Ltd

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") recommenced a Review following orders from the Federal Court that the decisions of the Assistant Minister for Science, Jobs and Innovation and the ADRP in relation to exports of A4 copy paper exported by UPM Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (“Reviewable Decision”) be set aside and the matter be remitted to the Review Panel for reconsideration in accordance with law.

The public record for the original Review can be found here. The ADRP is only reconsidering matters as they relate to exports of A4 copy paper from the Republic of China by UPM Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

Pursuant to subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the ADRP will make its Report to the Minister recommending that the Minister either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
