Reconsideration of Certain Hollow Structural Sections exported from the People’s Republic of China by Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co Ltd

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) recommenced a review following orders from the Federal Court, by consent of the parties, that the decisions of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology and the ADRP in relation to exports of Certain Hollow Structural Sections exported from the People’s Republic of China by Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co Ltd be set aside and the matter be remitted to the ADRP for reconsideration in accordance with law.

The public record for the original review can be found here. The ADRP is only reconsidering matters as they relate to exports of Certain Hollow Structural Sections from the Republic of China by Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group Co Ltd.

Pursuant to subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Customs Act 1901, the ADRP will make its Report to the Minister recommending that the Minister either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
