Resealable Can End Closures exported from the Republic of the Philippines

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology made under subsection 269ZDB(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Resealable Can End Closures exported from the Republic of the Philippines (Reviewable Decision).

Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 12 September 2019 on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (ADN 2019/101 refers).

Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Minister either affirm the Reviewable Decision, or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
