The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (Review Panel) has received applications seeking review of the decision of the Minister for Industry and Science made under subsection 269ZHG(1) of the Customs Act 1901 (the Act) in respect of Steel Pallet Racking exported to Australia from the People’s Republic of China and Malaysia (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on the Anti-Dumping Commission’s website (EPR 617) on 9 April 2024 (ADN 2024/019).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Review Panel is required to provide a report to the Minister recommending that the Reviewable Decision either be affirmed or revoked and substitute a specified new decision.
