The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received applications for review of the decision of the former Assistant Minister for Science, Jobs and Innovation/Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Jobs and Innovation made under subsection 269ZHG(1)(b) of the Customs Act 1901(the Act) to secure the continuation of anti-dumping measures applying to Zinc Coated Galvanised Steel exported from the People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and Taiwan (Reviewable Decision).
Notice of the Reviewable Decision was published on 17 July 2018 on the Anti-Dumping Commission's website (ADN 2018/96).
Under subsection 269ZZK(1) of the Act, the Panel is required to provide a report to the Ministerrecommending that the Minister either affirm the Reviewable Decision or revoke the Reviewable Decision and substitute a specified new decision.
