Accessible workplace

We are committed to supporting employees with a disability. Learn how our workplace, technology and values contribute to this commitment.

Our offices

With offices all over Australia, accessibility support varies depending on location. Industry House in Canberra is our primary site and offers the following accessibility supports.

Accredited support animals are welcome in the workplace.

Wheelchair accessibility

Accessible parking

You can apply for onsite parking if you have a mobility impairment, serious injury or other condition. You can also apply for an onsite parking in late pregnancy.

Allergy friendly

Our workplace is allergy-friendly with zones provided for staff with allergies.

Quiet spaces

Industry House has a dedicated respite room that provides a quiet space for staff to manage their sensory or mental health needs. Contact our Disability Contact Officer if you are interested in finding out about the specific accessibility options at any of our other offices.

Our employment conditions

Our Enterprise Agreement and its accompanying policies ensure staff have the support they need. Contact our Disability Contact Officer if you are interested in finding out more about our policies.

Flexible work

We support a workplace where flexibility is enabled, encouraged and accepted for all employees. It takes an ‘if not, why not’ approach to flexible work arrangements. You can work with your manager to negotiate arrangements such as flexible hours or working from home.

Workplace and reasonable adjustments

Digital accessibility

Our approach to digital accessibility means that everyone can access the tools and systems they need to engage, connect and work effectively. Contact our Digital Accessibility Officer for more details.
