AIP non-compliance register

Read a list of project proponents who have not complied with Australian Industry Participation requirements under the Australian Jobs Act 2013.

The Jobs Act applies to major projects with an expenditure of $500 million or more to establish or upgrade an eligible facility. It ensures Australian businesses have full, fair and reasonable opportunity to participate in these projects.

If the AIP Authority finds that a project proponent has not complied with the Jobs Act or their approved AIP plan, we may issue a public notice under section 57 of the Act.
