Jessica leads the Anti-Dumping Commission’s Strategy and Legal Branch. She oversees people and culture, compliance and risk, legal services and stakeholder engagement.

Jessica joined the commission in December 2021 from the Department of Home Affairs. In her senior executive roles at Home Affairs, she led the government’s response to issues including reopening the international border and modern slavery in supply chains.

Jessica has worked across a wide range of government priorities during her public sector career, including Australia’s trade and investment agreements and disputes in the Attorney General’s Department Office of International Law.

Prior to joining the public service, Jessica worked as a solicitor in private practice. She has represented domestic and foreign clients on international trade and investment law matters, including anti-dumping investigations. She is a former research fellow at Melbourne Law School and has lectured at Monash Law School.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law from the Australian National University and a Master of Law (International Law) from the University of New South Wales.
