Mr Trevor Danos AM FTSE
Australian SKA Coordination Committee expert member

Mr Danos is a senior, experienced lawyer, company director and strategic adviser for a range of government and private organisations. He has advised the Commonwealth Government on the SKA project since 2010.

Mr Danos has broad and current experience in science policy, science funding, international science organisations, science research, industry engagement and the challenges of the STEM sector.

He is chair of Northern Sydney Local Health District and sits on the boards of Endeavour Energy and the privatised NSW Land Registry Office. He is the immediate past chair of the Dean of Science’s Advisory Council at UNSW where he is an Adjunct Professor.

  • director of NSW Circular
  • director of Summer Housing
  • director of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority
  • director of TransGrid
  • a member of the Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) Committee.
