Katrina manages the Anti-Dumping Commission's Legal Branch, a team of lawyers with expertise in trade remedies, statutory interpretation and administrative law.
Previously, Katrina was Director of the Legal and Regulatory team and Director of the WTO Disputes team.
Before working at the Commission, from 2010 to 2022, Katrina was Principal Legal Counsel at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and Australian Energy Regulator. She advised on infrastructure and energy regulation and consumer data rights.
From 2006-2010, Katrina held positions at the Department of Foreign Affairs as legal counsel. She negotiated free trade agreements including the Australia Chile FTA and advised on Australia's World Trade Organization commitments.
