*The Minister for Resources wrote to Members on or before 20 December 2021 to appoint them to the Critical Minerals Independent Advisory Panel, and all members had accepted this offer by 21 December 2021. The appointments are included in this reporting period because all information relevant to on-boarding members, including members’ formal agreement to the Panel’s terms of reference and other appointment forms, was not finalised until 4 February 2022.

**Dr Gee is employed by the Commonwealth and is therefore not eligible for remuneration.

***Members are remunerated on a daily sitting fee basis only, with no base or annual fees. The remuneration rate identified above is a nominal rate, calculated on the maximum number of days that Panel Members are expected to sit, charged at a full day rate, i.e. not pro rated.
