James Reeves brings over 25 years of consulting experience, having worked on transformation projects and given strategic advice to companies around the world. His expertise includes strategic direction, problem-solving and driving efficiency. 

James’ background includes a tenure at Accenture and work with McKinsey on cost saving and transformation programs. He works to foster growth for Western Australia's SMEs and has assisted over 100 businesses to date. This work is possible thanks to both his previous role with the Australian Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme and his own consulting business.

James is a member of the:

• Australian Institute of Company Directors
• Institute of Management Consultants
• Chartered Institute of Building. 

He is a Certified Management Consultant to ISO 20700:2017 standards and trained in Lean and Agile practices. 

In his spare time James is studying for his International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials and volunteers as a foster carer for Guide Dogs WA.
