Paul Mason supports Australian SMEs to design, make, and sell creative products and solutions. His expertise includes product design and development, advanced manufacturing, Industry 4.0, intelligent automation and fostering SME partnership.

Paul has worked in local startups, SMEs and global companies in senior R&D and leadership roles. He has worked across Asia, Europe and the USA on products such as:

• solar-electric cars
• radar and vision systems
• infotainment solutions
• wireless communications. 

Paul uses the latest advances to help Australian companies to design, build smarter and strengthen local business.  

He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a volunteer committee member with the Association for Manufacturing Excellence. He holds a:

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Bachelor’s degrees in Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science.
