Ms Robyn Denholm is an international executive. She has extensive experience in technology and advanced manufacturing R&D and innovation.

• Chair of the Board of Directors of Tesla, Inc. 
• Inaugural Chair of the Technology Council of Australia
• Board Director of Blackbird Ventures
• Chair of Wollemi Capital Group. 

Expertise:

• Previous COO, CFO and Head of Strategy at Telstra
• Previous Executive Vice President, CFO and COO of Juniper Networks, Inc 
• Held various executive roles at Sun Microsystems
• Served on the NSW Government’s Investment Attraction Council. 

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Business (Honoris Causa) from the University of New South Wales in 2019
• Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney
• Masters in Commerce from the University of New South Wales
• Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia New Zealand
• Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
