Vanouhi Nazarian brings a mix of finance, investment, strategy, commercialisation and operational experience to every stage of a company. She gives technical founders the tools to unpack and articulate the financial and social value their company creates for customers and investors.
Vanouhi supports companies to find the metrics that matter and optimise their operations for growth. She has experience across:

She has spent the last 5 years supporting early-stage deep tech companies, with a focus on climate tech, renewables and material sciences. She is also an exited founder, having sold her startup in 2023.
Vanouhi often mentors female founders and researchers at universities across Sydney. Before this, Vanouhi worked in operations and finance at a large NGO. She spent 10 years in corporate restructuring, advising and executing strategies at underperforming companies on behalf of creditors.
Vanouhi is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Not for Profit Management and Masters of Accounting.
She is also the treasurer of an NGO in Inner West Sydney and volunteers at local community groups.
