Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported from The Peoples Republic of China

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel received applications from Capral Limited, Opal (Macao Offshore Commercial) Limited and PanAsia Aluminium (China) Limited, under the Customs Act 1901, for a review of a decision by the Minister for Industry and Science to alter a dumping duty notice and a countervailing duty notice, following an anti-circumvention inquiry.

Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported from Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ('ADRP') has received an application from Capral Limited dated 22 June 2017 for review of a decision ('Reviewable Decision') by the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission ('Commission') to terminate part of Investigation 362 into the alleged dumping and subsidisation of Certain Aluminium Extrusions ('the goods') exported to Australia from Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

The part of the Investigation which was terminated related to goods exported:

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel ("ADRP") has received applications for review of the decisions of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, made on 22 June 2017 to publish a notice under subsections 269TG(1) and (2) of the Customs Act 1901 ("the Act") in respect of Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported to Australia from Malaysia and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and to publish a notice under s 269TJ of the Act in respect of Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported to Australia from Malaysia ('Reviewable Decisions').

The Anti-Dumping Review Panel (ADRP) has received an application for review of the decision of the former Assistant Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science/Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science to publish a notice under subsection 269ZDB(1)(a)(iii) of the Customs Act 1901(the Act) in respect of Certain Aluminium Extrusions exported to Australia from the People's Republic of China (Reviewable Decision).
